And who knows the significance of this photo-shooped aircraft?

That A-10 cockpit looks kinda... white. Opaque, if you prefer.
I've been in nearly that position on a couple occasions, when A-10's were doing some plinking out at Fort Drum in upstate NY. The Warthog was probably at 100' then... but firing the GAU-8-A.

Ah, the Thunderbolts. Air-Ground. Would hate to be the guy with the Jeepish thing if for real.

Yeah, it's been painted white. 205 is on a stick at USAFA on the way to the football stadium. Whoever took the photo shopped out the stick, but that's not what's significant.

Indeed. When was that made a gate guard? I don't recall it from back in '93, when I was class of '97.
While the lead pic is somewhat familiar, it doesn't look like a Sandy, and that's about all I have.

Not exactly sure. Let me check some sources.

Looks like it was repainted after you left. It had been incorrectly painted and was redone in 2005 to it's current, correct, scheme.

Gotta be careful...

Pretty sure that's an opaque'd window which means that this plane is actually a static display most likely on some Air Force base. I know this, because I see them every day!
